Besided providing sunny weather Charizard-Y actually has pretty good special bulk and can learn many support moves including will-o-wisp, tailwind, counter, reflect, toxic and defog. This set runs enough speed ev for everything up to max speed ada bisharp and the rest is used to maximize its bulk to freely switch into any Heatran or Venusaur attack for example.
