Can you confirm to me that you've gotten at least 120 caught data of the Kanto pokedex, as well as 38 evolved data? Also, please send a screenshot of the dialogue where you can choose where to go. Yes, fortunately you only need 3 more Kanto Pokemon to catch, some of which include Raichu, Raticate, Blastoise, Golem, Hypno, just to name a few.
