hey i was hunting stantler h.a. but then discovered that it might be bugged /not working, or is it just a visual bug that doesnt show the atk raise?

Unfortunately, I cannot say for sure when this bug will be fixed. It is up to the developers and their list of priorities. What I can say, though, is that it will likely not be included in the update scheduled for early December. If something does change, you will find an updated change log in the Update Logs.
