Today i got my porygon from the npc at cinnabar island. Its a nice porygon and Porygon Z is one of my favourite pokemons and now i wonder got somebody an idea where you can get the items needed for evolving porygon? :)

thanks i will try it there.

ive never heard about dubious disc as a reward in the celadon quest nor obtainable elsewhere.

 

I think you mistake dubious disc for silver disc.

 

So, only upgrade is obtainable at the celadon quest!
