I would like to point out that both guild rating systems works differently.

Every guild mate needs to be inside the guild for more than 7 days in order for their ratings to be counted as guild rating.

On the other hand, the reborn bot calculates the guild ratings as just sum of total ratings of all members in the list.

So, it would take some time for your guild to actually be updated in the in-game ladder board.
