Yo guys, I open this topic because I need your help for my pvp team.

My core is :

 

-gengar : timid/levitate : 31 spd 30 spatk Evs trained, (thunderbolt / confuse Ray / shadow bolt / dark pulse)

- azumarill : adamant/huge power 28 atk 29 hp 11spd ( Aqua jet or waterfall /superpower / play rough / belly drum)

- Donphan : impish/sturdy : 31 atk 28 def 29 spdef 02 hp ( earthquake / stealth rock / rapid spin /xxx)

- scyzor : adamant / technissian : 28 atk 11 spd (bullet punch / sword dance / bug bite / night slash)

So I wanna ask you with this core how to improve my team: additional Pokemon (thinking about skarmony) or change some attack etc and why ?
