People have told me to try seafoam b4, so I will, but I was wondering if the odds are better by fishing in Seafoam (yes I have a super rod) or by surfing? Does the same apply for Dratini? Thanks :) Try in seafoam by suft is better then sitting in fishing for Staryu!
