One of my TMs was deleted

I had just put the TM onto a pokemon before the server crashed (silver if it matters), it was TM dig and very useful for early game. When I popped back into the game, it was nowhere to be found and wasn't on any pokemon 

 

Edit: it resolved itself and I don't know how to delete posts
