I would like to first point out that the answer for your question depends on which device you use to play the game.

 

1. If you are using a computer, the answer depends on the OS you are using.

      - Mac : Changing the name of the game client, you can download multiple game clients and open all clients at the same time.

      - Windows : You can download multiple game clients same as Mac or with only 1 game client you can open multiple game windows, where each window serves as an individual thread.

2. If you are using a portable device like mobile phone, unfortunately you need multiple devices to proceed the trade between your accounts.

3. The last way is to ask a person you know to help you move some of you stuffs across your two accounts.
