My suggestion is to add a feature that allows the user to change our character's appearance. Basically, something (an item?) that allows us to "recreate" our character. The only thing you can't change is the character's gender. You (devs) can make this purchasable via the cash shop or purchasable in a town for PD.

Not too important. I mean, this is a cosmetic's suggestion. But what I can tell you is that many people grow bored of their character's look eventually. Just like we do with ourselves IRL. Giving us the option to change the hair, hair color, skin tone, etc, will keep things interesting and "new" for the player. This is something I believe the majority of the community will benefit from.
