During our dungeon challenge, Thomas never spawned. Everyone in my group went to where we were told he would be both before and after beating shadow reshiram, but he never spawned. Now Adventurer Cletus says we saved everyone but Thomas. Super disappointing since the dungeon takes a lot of time and effort.

Thank you for your report. As you may have noticed, some of the dungeon maps have more than one version. While you can always find Cindy and Mark, Thomas only spawns in Temple Of Truth Room 11.2, which is not a guaranteed map, as there is also Temple Of Truth Room 11.1. In order to save Thomas, your dungeon run needs to take you through Temple Of Truth Room 11.2 instead of Temple Of Truth Room 11.1. I hope I was able to address your concern.
