What have you done before the problem was there?

Just trained my haunter up to lvl 59 but he wont evolve when traded

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Just traded and it wouldnt work

Me and my friend were trading to evolve and his Kadabra turned into Alakazam but my haunter didnt turn into gengar and instead went into his pc box and when he traded it back it went into my pc box BTW!!! my name is ISUCyclonesFan on PRO but there isnt enough space at the top there Thanks for the help :D

you need to try often, after a several maybe the 2nd time u will sucess like me ;)

Ok thank you Kirihara turns out we just needed to try it for the third time. It still seems a little buggy because it went down a level and the exp bar and happiness reset. Overall my problem is resolved :thanks: :Heart-eyes: :Angel:

The happiness resets on every traded pokemon. Not a bug. The experience bar goes down because an evolved pokemon requires more experience. And, the reason it didn't evolved the first 2 attempts is because it went directly to the PC. You need to have enough space in your team to get the pokemon in your team, so that you can get the option to evolve or not.
