Is Kadabra's Roleplay move suppose to last after battle?

 

When I use Roleplay and I knock out the wild Pokemon, the Ability I copied persists even after battle, this is true if I catch the pokemon too, removing the Sync Ability of my Kadabra.

 

However if I run away from the Pokemon my Sync ability doesn't get changed even if I use Role Play.

 

In order to reset my Ability back to Sync when I copied another Pokemon's ability I either have to fight another Pokemon don't use Roleplay and Knock it off, use potion or anything that would update the status of my Kadabra.

 

I believe this is a bug more than it is intended as it is really inconsistent, but then again I might be wrong.

It is just a visual glitch, will get it fixed.
