What have you done before the problem was there?

I bought a magikarp from the magikarp salesman at pokecenter route 3 , had already had a rare candy from finding it in pewter I think? I cant remember. Then I leveled my magikarp up to level 13, tried to use the rare candy on him and nothing happened and I dont have my rare candy either.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I checked my bag and there is nothing there anymore and my magikarp did not level up*.

RC use for lvup 1lv on your poke. Did u sure about that? any evidence/picture for that? Did have rollback/crash happend? Check on bag already?

Donate and then using coin to buy MS or buy MS from players will make u have premium member :Grin:
