Surely you can tell yourself by looking at its IVs, nature and ability.. and if you don't know what's good for that Poke, use Google/Smogon etc.. Well, that will be simple answer for your asking by some points: 1/ They too innocent/newbie for lack of knowledge about IV, nature, ability. others can be don't know using Google as well.
