Problem seems to appear since the beginning.

Reinstalled the game. Tried using arrows instead of "WSAD" as movement.

Hey!

So i got a problem since the first day i started playing PRO. My character just randomly freezes and i can't move. I can do everything else (switch pokemons, talk, add someone to friends, use items in my backpack etc.) but not move. It may happen few times per hour or not happen for 2 hours at all. It's not really a fun thing, cuz everytime it happens i need to restart the game, which means that i need to wait again in queue.

I got Windows 10 64bit, pretty solid PC so problem is 100% not in hardware. Could anyone try to help me?

trying /ref or relog.

Your case is Character Stuck by lagging.

Relog probably means that ill need to wait in queue again right? I am 500th in queue at the moment. If problem happens again, i'll try that /ref command. Thanks

Ok so im stuck again. /ref or Resyncing don't work at all. Sad

 

I find it horrible to wait 20 minutes to login, then after 5 minutes get stuck and wait 20 minutes again. Just wow, seriously? At least give us option to quickly relog without logging out.

Hi, in that case, normally only relog is best way for solution. I am so sorry to hear about your cases. If anything you want, just feel free to ask me. So sorry about that :Ambivalent:

That's an inside problem with the servers. The only solutions for it is using the /ref command, Alt+tab, Close the client and relog or (in massive cases) a server reboot. These are the only known solutions

Yeah, i already gathered some informations about that problem. Well, seems like i need to wait for a fix/patch or whatever. It's understandable, cuz PRO is still in beta. Let's hope they will work on it. :y:
