Jirachi quest

I there, im blocked in the jirachi quest. I filled every conditions to complete the quest : 211 evolved poke, seen all johto, kanto, hoenn poke, captured mew and celebi and the quest (fight latios latias, groudon et kyogre) but i'm blocked at the magical stone (on the moon). Maybe its because i didnt spend enough time in hoenn but its impossible to chech (when i talk to the professor i only precise my whole game time)... If someone could help me it would be awesome ty in advance

Can I ask which professor are you talking to?

If you talk to Professor Birch at the Lab in Littleroot Town, you'll be able to know how long you have spent in Hownn.

Please try this and let me know if you are still facing the issue.
