1.     My togepi is lv90  and full happiness 255 ,but it can't evolove   .What's going on？

 

2.     This is the second time I can't participate in the fishing competition. Like last time, when I came to the fishing island to participate in the competition, the picture directly jumped to that I had finished the competition and left and couldn't participate again. Is this also a bug? I really want to participate in the competition.
