As already mentioned, “Your Medicham does not seem strong enough to wield this stone," which mean you're still not meet the requirement yet. You can try to check different guide or ask players who already completed the quest for their advice. Have a good day. Pyre and show it to brawly then lvl it up atleast lvl 53.and said show it again to brawly with max happiness,counter,and sash..i do all of it but hes still didnt accept my medi.
