Featured Replies

Dear PRO team,

Yesterday when i was doing my heatran quest i bought a master ball for 10pvp coins but when i was about to catch heatran i realize that there were no master ball in my inventory ,it was so hard for me to catch that heatran without false swiper and mater ball.i want my masterball or 10pvp coin back.

i have won 20pvp=20coin in which i have used 3pvp coins for general item like focus stash and etc. and 10coins used for master ball which i didnt recieve.

Hi @DarkNinjaWS,

Sorry for the inconvenience. You are not allow to use master ball on Heatran when he is lvl99, as your master ball has been taken away by Buck. At this point, you may choose to defeat Heatran lvl99 or catch it with pokeballs, if you defeated Heatran at lvl99, you can talk to Buck to get your items back and ready your sync/masterball/false swiper after that, but note that Heatran level will reduce to lvl30.
