Map error

Dear staff,

I am having an error about map. When i come game, the map loading too long and then I lost connection. Recently, I come game but the map just have black color and then I lost connection. I try many times but it still fail connection. I told this to some friends and they also have same error to me.

Here are some things you should check about your internet connection :

-Check if your phone is able to connect with mobile data from different places where your mobile phone coverage is different.

-Check in PRO Discord if the servers are currently up.

-Download a free VPN in your phone that can enable you to log in PRO.

-Clear the app caché and reinstall it if needed.

-Check if your antivirus is blocking your APP/.exe file

-Switch to a different Wifi connection if your connection is unstable

-Check if your PROclient is outdated -Contact your local Internet/mobile data provider.
