If it' s not Ev yet there is no problem. One of the 4 move : Surf! (please drag a picture to avoid fraud and loss of time) If you have one, pm me in game : Ashed. I can finish Froakie's evs without problem if you have the Pika i want :p I was thinking about atksp and speed for evs', because i taught it ice beam and surf, but tell me if you prefer something else Thx in advance and have fun in the game!
