Hi, i was up to catch valentine ralts after doing the chess quest and the server crashes in battle. I lost it. Could you help me?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback.

Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash.

Take a look at this thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded.

 

The ralts is just a random reward on the chess game.

You can play chess as many times as you want. Don't lose hope and go ahead for it!
