hello

 

i saw that every time your side does its action the remaining turns reduce and in the enemys turn the time does get reduces so every turn the timer gets reduced by 2 and your team (as you always attack first) gets hit one time more often

im not sure but i think its in usual battle just once each turn? and the weather effect only ends at the end of the turn after both got hit
