Im stuck in Eriyadu Town

Hi everybody,  my character got stuck on the summer map (Erizados Town)since two year ago I did the volcanion event, I got it and finished the missions but the pokemon on the dock never stepped aside and didn't let me goso can you help me to solve the problem or transport me to another place? Thanks a lot

Can you try talk to the Sailor at the Eriyadu Town dock?

If this doesn't solve the issue, please let me know.

Note that screenshots of the game, where your character is placed could help us solve your issue more easily.
