Yes your silver server pokemon will come to gold server, and gold server pokemons will go to silver server, everything will be switch to each other except your PvP Ratings. You can transfer your account from Here, you can do this in every 30 days for Free but if you wanna transfer you account again before that those 30 days it will cost 100 coins.

I'm glad to see that your thread have already been answered 🙂

If I add a bit to the answer above, not only your pokemons, everything from your main server will be transported to the other server.
