What does a pj need to play rankeds pvp?

A character or pj needs 8 badges, 16 badges, only a level 100 team?

And another question, can one user play pvp rankeds in 2 accounts? Thx for all.

You can play without a team full of lvl 100 but i think it's a really bad idea. Because everyone has a team full of lvl 100. You also need to have items on your pokémons. Because you can't use them from your backpack in ranked.

I believe the requirement is only a team of lvl 100s. You should be able to play ranked on 2 separate accounts, as long as you dont some how use on of those accounts to boost the other.

Could we trade our level 100 team to another acc and play rankeds? I think a lot of users do that. Thx for all.
