Check your spam folder. Most often, it will be there. It’s recommended that you using known email services such as Gmail (Best Results), Hotmail, and Yahoo. I had to get away from gmx as I was not getting emails from school, work, or other important things I was needing. I highly suggest switching from gmx to outlook or gmail. Also, gmx is not as secure as google or outlook.
