about week ago I deleted the message with the item by the accident, first, i thought the item will be available in my bag but there wasn't a shovel (the item which was deleted), and i wanna get my shovel back

I'm sorry for the late reply.

Since we had several conditions to check before we could really restore your shovel, it took longer than I thought.

Your shovel should be placed inside your bag.

 

Before I close the thread, I would like to point out that deleting your mail with any item inside will completely delete your item from the game.

Therefore, it would be nice if you check once more before deleting all your mails.

 

As your issue being solved, I'll now be closing the thread.
