I have checked your account database, and found out that you have started the heatran quest.

Note that your items like master ball and rare candies are stored inside the NPC buck's inventory.

You are able to claim back the items after you finish the heatran quest completely and re-talk to buck.

If you have any other questions regarding the heatran quest, don't hesitate to ask.
