I am so sorry about your case. That all your responsibility for you mistake to Gligar case as you don't check it before go up to lv100.

 

Moreover, bear in mind that PRO is currently in a Live Beta, and you will keep your progress. Given that we are in LIVE BETA the game is still under development. Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment. So PRO cannot do anything to that case. I am sorry about that :Ambivalent:

 

Next time, you will need make sure that hold Razor Fang and evole it at Nighttime! [glow=red]NOT by trading[/glow] :etc: your friend is really bad for given fake information to you. I recommend you evolve it at lv99 for avoid cash/bug can be happen too
