Jokernun Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 IVs are stats that a pokemon are "born with" and you cant do anything to change them without breeding. EVs are "Effort Value" and those raise depending on the pokemon you kill. For example.. killing a Pidgey will give you 1 speed EV and Pidgeottos give you 2 speed EVs.
