I thought at the beginning that we can find it in dragon den bf1 but someone said that can't and the rare pokemon down there was goomy... Now it has been moved to Granite Cave and it is a membership only pokemon. Granite Cave is in Hoenn, so you'll be able to catch it in a few weeks.
