What have you done before the problem was there?

I inserted my username, password and clicked on login and 'logging in' disappears after a few seconds. Then nothing happens.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Closed the client, reopen it, put PRO in firewall exceptions, nothing worked.

Hi, it is the visual bug, as you already in queue but it not show in your screen. My recommend is keep trying close and open again cilent - wait 1 minutes until you get showing in queue. However, you can keep it, not need to closed, and you will in game when queue reach 0 (the cons is you don't know where you in queue)
