Make sure it didn't get in the spam box or anything else

Also, if you didn't use a gmail or hotmail address, it seems that those are more willing to get the activation mail ;) But you can't change your mail, you would need to create another account, therefore pick another username

Use gmail or outlook. PRO has problems with other providers.

"Don't create too many accounts : in fact we will send up to 5 mails per hour and IP, you can't receive more. If you didn't get your mail after 2 tries i advice you to wait for an hour and try again"
