Make some yes or no questions answerable with the Interact and Back / Cancel buttons

I know it wouldn't work with all questions, but this is driving me crazy.

Well most ingame dialogues answers are bound to 1,2,3,4 and you can bind these keys to any keys you want in the options. You can completely navigate dialogue once you do this with the keyboard. For example I use z,x,c,v,b,n as my 1-6 keys so I can play almost entirely with my left hand.
