So what's up with Route 7 ?

It's an eyesore in the beauty of Kanto's mapping and it annoys me everytime I get there!

Can't you cut out the appropriate amount of each city for both sides and plant some trees north and south?

or just block the camera from moving after a specific point. I know the map is smaller then the camera so just expand one side a little.

Teleports would work the same way, wouldn't they?
