Friends recently told me about PRO so I have decided to try it out. First question is, are queue times always this long?

During peak hours yes, que times are long time so prepare to wait. :) Most times the que is not very long or non exsistant is night time.

Well hello Xmaskus. Generally ques can be long, especially on red server as many people are based in there and not the blue server. But if you're already started in either one you cannot switch.
