Notification when you find a pokemon of your choice

Many people including myself do things simultaneously when hunting and that can lead to an accidental run press. I think it would be nice if there was a way you could select the mons you are hunting so that everytime you encounter the selected mons you get a notification just like you get when you find a shiny. It would be optional and the player could toggle the feature on and off whenever he or she likes.
