Returning Player Just looking for some help

Hello everyone, I haven't played the game since around august (probably haven't bossed since January of last year)., and it seems like there have been changes to how bosses work and the best ones. I didn't want to put this in the returning players thread, bc it's not really about that, I just wanted to preface. The things that I was doing before, aren't helping me win any of the bosses on hard mode. And I'm also having trouble remembering the new restrictions on bosses, as well as the best route to go on within those restrictions. Any and all tips would be appreciated, I'll take anything, and I have already been looking at the guides as well. routes, guides, Pokémon, sets, tips, tricks, strats, anything, I'm a sponge that is ready for any and all information to be absorbed.

 If u get to ladder you have a tournament that happens monthly, called Ladder Tour. And also at summer we have a big tournament where anyone can join called Summer Tournament vidmate.
