We are aware of this issue for some time but did not identify the problem yet. I have forwarded your video to our Developers. This bug happens on Characters that are very old and have been inactive for some time. Your client (which you downloaded) is working fine. If you want to play the game you can make a new account and the bug should not appear there. For now there is sadly nothing more we can do for you until we have found the issue. Please let me know if you have any more questions regarding this bug.
