Refund PVP Mount?

Hi there, 

As an OG pvp player back from 2016, I've had this pink ninetales mount for the longest i can remember. The purpose of this post is to ask/request whether or not it's possible for me to trade in my pvp mount for another mount? Or maybe have pvp coins refunded in return taking away the mount allowing me the chance to select another one of my liking?
