Description and Message

I make my way to the top of Pokemon Tower just to find out I cannot pass? I have the Silph Scope. It says I can't use it? Don't know if there is a certain spot to use it, also I just want to know how to pass at the top. Do I need a ghost pokemon? Do I need something else? I looked around and it said I need "VIP" I don't know, someone help me!

There's a marowak blocking the way try clicking it.

Are you sure you're not at the bottom of the tower? There is an underground sections for members only. Make sure you are going up 7 floors, not down 30
