What have you done before the problem was there?

Yesterday I was in Gym 3 with the switch puzzel. After a fight, i got stuck in the animation to aktivate a switch. The speechbubbel didn't appear so i couldn't move or done anything. Try to relogging today but i can not connect to server (Pro RED). It shows Connecting to Servers but after several seconds "can not connect to server"...

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Reinstalation of the exe.

Computer restart.

FAQ checked.

Firewall checked.

Server Red: Online.

Relaunching several times. (For an hour)
