Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue? : Yes

Your knowledge about PRO: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?

Got stuck in location, then decided to Alt + Tab, still no response so i restarted client after logging out.

I then started client and tried to login blue server, it would start loading. (Mouse loading symbol) and freeze. then couple mins later it would be at the login page again. It would keep doing this.

I restarted my MAC, Internet over 5 times now. and same issue with the login page.

I just installed the game yesterday and already this happened

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Alt + Tab

Restart client few times.

Restart Mac few times as well as router/Internet

Description and Message
