Greetings Pro team,

 

now that ive completed the jotho e4 ive tried to catch the pokemon for the free arcanine mount.

Good for me i was only missing the kangaskhan so i went to the rock tunnel.

 

I dont know how long it was but i finally caught one and headed to the arcanine "vendor" but he said i need to catch them by myself.

 

 

For some wired reason he doesnt have an ot so i cant trade them in.

 

I wonder how this can happen

This is a currently known bug, an admin or staff should be able to fix this for you or you might need to re-capture the pokemon if staff aren't able to change the pokemons properties. If you have not tried to relog to fix this and see if your account might just need to resync with the servers try at least before contacting staff though. :Angel:
