What have you done before the problem was there?

I was doing everything as normal and then all of a sudden when i try to interact with npc's my game just freezes and i cant do anything.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Ive tried relogging repeatedly but it continues to occur.

currently the server is in heavy bandwidth, suggested to relog when that happen again until staff can solve it.

This is not quiet true. The interaction bug happens when the server has been up for to long, getting more and more frequent the longer the server is up.

Thanks for the response. Ive been continuiously doing that but doesnt seem to matter i can fight wild pokemon fine just cant talk to any npc's without it just stopping and not being able to do anything else
