me and a friend both got wings as reward for the bug catching contest and we wanted to trade beautifly wings for volcarona wings.
why are beautifly wings tradeable and volcarona wings are not?

As @Wakaranaii said, you always have a chance to get Beautifly Wings everytime you get 1st place in Bug Catching Contest. On the other hand, Volcarona Wings are one-time reward if you submit a Pokemon with 290 points or above and hence not tradeable. Hope you understand.
