What have you done before the problem was there?

I downloaded the client for android. Now it loads till "loading hats..." Then i think it freezes. I waited 1 hour but no loading progress.

Second thing. Try to follow this guide https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=16180

 

Third thing. If you are using a Samsung device, PRO has troubles with Touchwiz (related to the Samsung system). I have an S4 and the only think that worked for me was to install Cyanogenmod on my mobile and it worked.
