Hi im currently doing Victini quest and i am at the step i have to gather some clues for Damon. I talked to all NPCs in town and i cant find the 4th one. My friend followed em during the run, talked to exactly the same as me and received the 4 clues. I watched 3 videos of the quest to find a hidden NPC and did not found. It's been like 1 hour i'm just running in town talking to everyone but nothing. I want to believe its me and not a bug but im kinda annoyed now. If someone can help me it would be really appreciated.

Damon says that i still need to find more clues but i already talked to everyone so yes i talked to him but it doesnt work.

There are 3 rooms upstairs in tavern. Did you check it?
